Collin Gosselin Reveals DISTURBING Reason Why He Thinks Mom Kate Really Sent Him To Behavioral Facility At 12 Years Old

As you will recall, the reality star got custody of her and Jon Gosselin ’s eight children — twins Cara and Madelyn and sextuplets Collin, Alexis , Aaden , Leah , Joel , and Hannah — following their divorce in 2009. Kate then sent Collin to a behavioral institution in 2016 for alleged “unpredictable and violent behavior” towards family members, and he was there for two years before Jon rescued him. In a September 2025 interview with The Us Sun , which was published in full this week, the former reality star explained he thinks his mom sent him to the behavioral facility because he didn’t want to be on camera with her anymore. I really could look at things in retrospect, and I was stubborn enough to question my mom.
