Our Commitment to Copyright
Style Ki Dunya respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
How We Use Third-Party Content
Style Ki Dunya aggregates and comments on publicly available celebrity, entertainment, and news content. Images and media used on this Platform are either: (a) used under fair use for commentary, criticism, and news reporting; (b) sourced from royalty-free or licensed providers; (c) submitted by community members who confirm they have the right to share. We do not claim ownership of celebrity images, film stills, or third-party brand assets.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorisation, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing: (1) a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (2) the URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on our Platform; (3) your contact information (name, address, phone, email); (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner; (5) a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner; (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Where to Send Takedown Requests
Email: [email protected] — Include “DMCA Takedown” in the subject line. We aim to respond within 72 hours and will remove infringing content promptly upon verification.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to the same email with: (1) identification of the removed content and its location before removal; (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was a mistake; (3) your consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court; (4) your contact details and signature. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant.
Repeat Infringers
Style Ki Dunya will terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers under appropriate circumstances.
