Hollywood star and Irish racing legend join the Royal Procession at Ascot

Royal Ascot is in full swing, and although Kate Middleton didn't make an appearance for Ladies Day, there were plenty of familiar faces at the event, including Hollywood and Irish horse racing royalty. Leading the Royal Procession on Thursday were King Charles and Queen Camilla, as well as the Earl of Snowdon and Ms Isabelle de la Bruyère, but it was carriages three and four that caught our attention. Today's top videos In the third carriage, the King’s niece Zara Tindall was spotted alongside Princess Zahra Aga Khan and HH Sheik Hamad bin Abdullah Al Thani… and none other than Irish legend Willie Mullins. Pic: Getty Images Irish racehorse trainer and former jockey has often been spotted at Royal Ascot over the years, including in 2025 when he and his wife Jackie flew the flag for Ireland in the procession. Jackie didn’t join Willie in the carriage in 2026, although he seemed to be having a great time, with photos showing Willie smiling as Zara waved to the crowds. Another familiar face in the royal procession on Thursday was Hollywood star Stanley Tucci, who looked sharp in his formal dress and top hat. Pic: PA Images Stanley's wife, Felicity Blunt, was able to ride in the carriage with him, with her opting for a chic white dress with a floral pattern on the sleeves and ruffled cuffs. The Princess of Wales looked fabulous in a bright midi from Roksanda, which she last wore at the Wimbledon final in 2022.
