Jeremy Clarkson shocks fans as he reveals 'aggressive' cancer diagnosis

Jeremy Clarkson revealed he has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. The former Top Gear presenter made the shock confession during an emotional episode of his show, Clarkson's Farm. The 66-year-old, who is in a relationship with Irish woman Lisa Hogan, was filmed telling his co-stars Charlie Ireland and Kaleb Cooper, who run his Diddly Squat Farm in the Cotswolds with him. Where?' to which Clarkson says: 'Where it is of no concern to anybody. I've known since May.' He went on to add that he would be taking time off, telling the men that the cancer was 'aggressive.' However, Jeremy told the pair that he underwent a biopsy, which caught the disease early. He cited this as the 'only reason there is any hope.' Jeremy was then rushed back to the hospital after things didn't go to plan, which was document was the end of the series.
