Lil Nas X Returns To Social Media With Candid New Video -- Reveals Where He's Been After Concerning Arrest & Hospitalization

Lil Nas X is back on social media. After a concerning 2025 in which he was arrested for walking around the streets of El Lay in his underwear and allegedly assaulting a police officer , the Montero rapper is back and seems to be doing well. In the candid new video posted to his Instagram on Wednesday, the musician revealed he’s been in rehab for a few months, while also bouncing back and forth between his homes in Atlanta and California. He said he’s got a therapist now, and that it’s been “helping” a lot with his Bipolar disorder diagnosis.
