Charleen Murphy has dazzled Love Island viewers with her striking good looks. While she's naturally beautiful, Charleen has had a few tweakments here and there, which she's never shied away from talking about. In a TikTok video of her doing her make-up, the influencer said: 'The first thing I ever had done was lip filler. I had lip blindness; I always thought they were small and kept getting more and more filler the whole time and they ballooned. 'I found when mine were so big, my face looked so old, but now it just balances everything.' Charleen also shared that she's had fat dissolver, a cosmetic injectable designed to eliminate fat cells in an area. 'I still have that stubborn fat under my chin that won’t go away, unless I get some kind of surgery. But the fat dissolver definitely helped a little bit.' The influencer also underwent HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound), which aims to stimulate collagen for a firmer, more lifted appearance. You get it done once a year; I’ve done it twice, and I’ve seen such a difference.' The influencer also spoke about her boob job and nose job, both of which she's previously clued her followers in on. 'I had a nose job two years ago; I had a bump on the side of my nose, and I hated my side profile. I didn’t have much done, just the bump done. It was more of an insecurity for me.' She hasn't undergone surgery to fix it yet, and she doesn't know if she will. 'There’s now a little bump on it again; it isn’t ideal. I don’t know if I will go back and fix that.
