Speaking candidly during a podcast appearance, the actor recalled an uncomfortable clash with an unnamed A-lister and explained why he believes fame can sometimes erase accountability and lead to costly consequences for everyone involved. Scott Eastwood Opens Up About A Troubling On Set Dispute During an appearance on “ The Joe Rogan Experience ,” Scott Eastwood reflected on what he described as some of the worst behavior he has witnessed while working in the film business. Without identifying the actor involved, Scott explained that the disagreement unfolded after production had already begun on a movie. According to him, the unnamed star abruptly decided they no longer wanted to work alongside another cast member, despite investors having already committed significant funds to the project. Recalling the incident, Scott said per the Daily Mail , “Some of the accountability in this industry is just unbelievable.” He continued, “I just worked with somebody and, without saying any names, people get too famous for too long and think the world owes them something.” According to Eastwood, the situation became even more frustrating when the production had to absorb the financial impact of the decision. He revealed, “We started working on a film with a director, and they decided after we’d already spent a bunch of money that they just didn’t want to work with this other person.” Scott said he challenged the actor over the financial fallout. “I was like, ‘Okay, then you need to pay that money back to the person who invested in you.’ They were like, ‘I’m not gonna do that,'” he said.
