Lewis Capaldi accidentally confirmed he'll make an appearance at Electric Picnic , much to the delight of his Irish fans, and now it's been officially announced. On Thursday, organisers confirmed that Lewis will perform in Stradbally on Friday, August 28. 'You heard it here first (or second 😉),' they joked. Lewis' name was nowhere to be seen, but an eagle-eyed music lover recently sent her fellow fans into a frenzy after all but confirming that the Someone You Loved singer would perform in Laois. Last year, fans theorised that he would perform at the festival when he was spotted in the area, but alas. But it's the moment we've all been waiting for, as the singer will grace the stage in August 2026. The accidental confirmation came after Lewis performed the first of his two Marlay Park gigs on Tuesday, June 23.
