Exclusive: Rashami Desai returns to TV with Dreamiyata Entertainment’s next for Star Plus

Popular actress Rashami Desai, who ventured into Gujarati drama with Mom Tane Nai Samjay, was recently rumoured to be a part of the packed contestant list of the recently launched reality show Lock Upp in its Season 2. However, the fact is that Rashami will soon be back on Hindi TV!! Yes, she has been locked to play a crucial role in Ravie Dubey and Sargun Mehta’s banner Dreamiyata Entertainment’s upcoming show for Star Plus . There were media reports about Hitesh Bharadwaj being in contention to play the male lead in the show. As of now, we at IWMBuzz.com hear that Rashami Desai will be making her comeback in the show, in a vital role. It is believed that she will play an author-backed role, similar to what Sangita Ghosh plays in Tu Juliet Jatt Di. As we know, Rashami became a household name with the show Uttaran. Her other notable projects include Ishq Ka Rang Safed, Dil Se Dil Tak, Naagin 4, and reality shows like Bigg Boss, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, etc. We buzzed Rashami but did not get through to her.
